Senior Marketing Consultant I

The position is a fully remote/work-from-home for a South Florida-based company.

Wild Coffee is looking for someone who shares our passion for client success, a combination of strategic thinking and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we are creating successful growth strategies for our clients.

As a Senior Marketing Consultant, you will serve as the outsourced Director of Marketing for our portfolio clients, primarily in the B2B and franchise verticals. You will be responsible for developing growth strategies and plans while working closely with Wild Coffee’s creative teams on implementation. 

In addition, the Senior Marketing Consultant should demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, proactively seeking out opportunities for innovation and growth, while tackling challenges, exhibiting keen attention to detail, and possessing excellent communication skills essential for nurturing strong client-agency relationships. This position sits on the Wild Coffee senior management team with responsibility for participating in and guiding the company through growth.

The ideal candidate should thrive in a collaborative environment, actively engage in brainstorming sessions with junior and senior colleagues, identifying solutions and innovative approaches to our work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as lead client relationship manager for 3-5 Wild Coffee clients 
  • Effectively lead team of 2-3 Marketing Associates and a Project Manager
  • Grow and retain relationships with new and existing clients, adhering to scopes of work 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s products and their business value, identifying new marketing solutions and growth strategies
  • Serve as the internal expert, coordinating cross-functional resources for your clients.
  • Periodic business reviews of clients supported with a marketing plan to improve KPIs
  • Using analytics, identify areas for improving key client metrics through best practices
  •  Manage the day-to-day operations of clients serving as their main point of contact
  •  Responsible for driving top-line revenue growth for clients, working with their executive teams on revenue targets, and supporting marketing strategies
  •  Experience executing marketing programs, including but not limited to B2B lead generation, local digital, branding strategy, email marketing and SEO

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8-10+ years of strategic client management experience
  • Proven track record of managing and growing company revenue through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Agency account experience with a strong integrated marketing skill set 
  • Ability to develop and present marketing strategy and plans to clients
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong management experience and effective leadership skills that fit within our culture of kindness
  • Proficiency in working with PowerPoint, Google Slides, WordPress, CRM, email software and Google Analytics

Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper

The position is an in-office role with an option to transition to a fully remote/work-from-home for a South Florida-based company.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and expertise in QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have a proven track record of managing financial records accurately.

This is an in-person,  part-time role approximately 8 to 12 hours per week that over time can transition into a remote role. After 90 days minimal time in the office will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
  • Generate financial reports for management review
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Create and send invoices
  • Report on A/R and follow up when appropriate

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $1,000 to $1,200 per month – depending on experience

Visual Designer I

Visual Designer I

The position is a fully remote/work-from-home for a South Florida-based company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Skill-Set Requirements: Must be a doer – Ability to work autonomously with proper direction and planning
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and how to meet our client’s short-term and long-term goals. Desire to self-educate to improve T-shaped skill set. Must be able to multitask between clients, industries and projects daily. 
  • Maintain brand standards/guidelines, template and look and feel consistency across different mediums for multiple clients
  • Produce, correct, preflight and output files for offset and digital press with instructions
  • Use our project management systems and follow design workflow to accurately track time and complete projects
  • Create proofs for internal review and for client review
  • Ensure consistency of file structure and archiving while using Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries
  • Create deliverables maintaining the creative integrity of an approved concept or creative direction

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Powerpoint/Google Slides, Canva (must be able to apply translate layouts into formats for non-adobe users) 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of prototyping and designing user interfaces in Adobe XD a plus
  • Experience creating custom coded email templates a plus
  • Experience using email marketing tools such as MailChimp, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact, Agile and/or Emma a plus.
  • Experience with motion graphics and/or video using Adobe Premier and/or After Effects is highly favored
  • Strong eye for typography and experience using font tools such as Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts
  • Degree in graphic arts with in-depth design theory knowledge

Marketing Intern

The position is a fully remote/work-from-home South Florida-based company

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Client-Facing Marketing Intern. This internship offers real world experience as a marketing intern, with a focus on client interaction and cross team collaboration. The successful candidate will work closely with the account team to support various marketing initiatives while also gaining exposure to client communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Market Research: Conduct market research gathering data on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences. Analyzing and summarizing research findings to provide insights for marketing strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Scheduling social media posts for platforms via SOCi (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn).Monitoring social media accounts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Content Calendar Management: Ideate on blog topics for LS and Carolina Skiff, send to team and client for approval. Conduct research and provide resource links for content writers to reference when developing written blogs/content. Use Teamwork (project management system) to write briefs and assign tasks to the freelance content writers. 
  • Content Development: Use third party AI video platforms (Synthesia) to generate educational video content for clients. Support in the creation of organic/paid advertisements for promotions and quick turn wins. 
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conducting keyword research to optimize website content. Assisting with on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings.
  • Email Marketing: Assisting in the set up and execution of email marketing campaigns.Segmenting email lists and tracking campaign performance.
  • Monthly/Quarterly Reporting: Using tools like Agency Analytics and Google Analytics to track social media metrics, website traffic and user behavior. Ensure platform connections are correct in Agency Analytics and pull reports for the team to review and send to clients. 
  • Client Communication: Collaborating with the marketing team to gather client requirements and feedback. Participating in client meetings and assisting with developing the call agenda and meeting recaps as well as project management tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing files, BrandFolder and TW tasks. 
  • Learning and Development: Actively participating in training sessions and workshops to expand marketing knowledge and skills.
