Social Media Coordinator

Position is fully remote/work-from-home South Florida-based company


Wild Coffee Marketing is a consulting firm that works closely with our clients to develop effective marketing strategies all the way through implementation. With a strong emphasis on digital marketing, we develop high-impact strategies, design and develop large-scale dynamic websites and offer our clients a complete suite of marketing outsourcing services. We are a small, tight-knit distributed team passionate about helping our clients grow, working together as a group, and using data-driven strategies as the basis of all we do.

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and high-energy Social Media Coordinator to create engaging text, images and occasional video content for multiple clients in various industries.

REMOTE – The entire company works remotely, so strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently while also collaboratively via video conference and through a business communications platform with the teams is imperative.

This position will report to the Director of Brand Strategy & Social Media.



  • Plan social media posts in advance with a strategy; create aesthetic pages, advocate for each brand independently
  • Overseeing day-to-day management of campaigns and ensuring brand consistency
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
  • Monitor, respond, and report insights and analytics to constantly improve growth performance
  • Writing engaging copy for social media posts in long-form/short-form copy for posts and one-liners for graphics
  • Ensuring brand consistency in copy through voice, tone and terminology
  • Supervising all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company
  • Ensuring a positive customer service digital experience
  • Identify social media trends so that content is fresh, relevant, and engaging
  • Ensuring progress on all platforms by reporting analytics
  • Be the eyes and ears of our audiences, the go-to expert on who they are and what they’re talking about and the ability to distill insight into actionable tactics
  • This role will require occasional, light video editing – so experience in this area is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years experience in a social media content creation/marketing role
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, PowerPoint and Excel and Canva
  • Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro a plus
  • Deep understanding of all social media platforms and how influencer programming is executed
  • within the realms of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Up to date on social media trends and new developments in influencer marketing
  • Previous experience working in a marketing, advertising or similar agency/firm;
  • The ability to multi-task and work within tight turnarounds on occasion
