Public relations Account Executive

We are looking to add a talented Public Relations Account Executive/Consultant to join our team full of curious thinkers, flexible doers, strategic executors and lifelong learners.

Position Description:

The Public Relations Account Executive/Consultant is responsible for working closely with Wild Coffee senior team and firm co-founders to contribute smart, creative ideas aligned with client marketing strategies. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drive high-quality results and secure top-tier placements for clients with PR and media
  • Develop media angles and present PR strategy on an on-going basis
  • Coordinate details for stories, including materials shared with media, scheduling and interview preparation
  • Build target media lists across all assigned accounts and nurture media relationships
  • Develop and oversee influencer relations and execute influencer agreements
  • Deliver KPI measurement and media signal strategy for campaigns

As a direct report to the Director of Brand Strategy & Content Marketing, this position will be key in maintaining workflow of all projects on task and collaborating with WCM’s internal shared resources teams to ensure accountability, efficiency, alignment and planning. The PR Consultant should be highly organized, a nimble problem-solver, a quick learner, tech-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced highly productive environment.

Your responsibilities w/ Media & Influencers:

  • Monitor the media landscape and shape relevant story angles that support the company’s narrative
  • Contribute to client’s media strategies
  • Write pitches, releases, and advisories
  • Pitch media and secure impact stories
  • Conduct proactive/reactive media outreach and build relationships for the company’s clients
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends, technologies and build relationships with media outlets, reporters
  • Coordinate details for stories, owning of materials shared with media
  • Stay up to date on trends, editorial calendars, themes, and deadlines to find client opportunities
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
  • Work closely with WCM social team on influencer initiatives, agreements and campaigns

Your responsibilities w/ Clients:

  • Connect w/ clients as needed for presentations, updates, and feedback
  • Commit to and maintain agreed upon deliverable timing
  • Schedule and interview prep for firms’ clients
  • Collaborate w/Marketing Consultant team to provide and produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as needed, including media updates and new initiatives
  • Attend client meetings and participate in presenting client campaign strategies, results, and other updates
  • Track client and industry news
  • Incorporate awards schedule and coordinate applications and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field required
  • Demonstrated relationships with reporters
  • Demonstrated experience crafting pitches and pitching media
  • 3 years of relevant PR agency experience in a B2B or B2C role along with 5-7 years of PR experience
  • Exceptional verbal and persuasive written communication skills, with a working knowledge of AP Style
  • Demonstrate good judgment and uncompromising integrity; comfortable navigating ambiguous and changing situations
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with start-up mentality and extreme client focus
  • Lifelong learner and trend watcher
  • Active on and familiar with best practices on social media platforms
  • Strong Presentation skills

This is a full-time remote W2 Role – pay to commensurate with experience

Marketing Consultant

Marketing Consultant

We are looking to add a talented Public Relations Account Executive/Consultant to join our team full of curious thinkers, flexible doers, strategic executors and lifelong learners.

Position Description:
The Marketing Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the marketing goals and objectives of the firm’s clients. As a direct report to the Senior Marketing Consultant, this generalist position will be key in maintaining the workflow of all projects on task and collaborating with WCM’s internal shared resources teams to ensure accountability, efficiency, alignment and planning. The Marketing Consultant should be highly organized, a nimble problem-solver, a quick learner, tech-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced highly productive environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Tactical campaign strategy planning, analysis, creative input and review
  • Create and maintain production timelines and deliverables
  • Write thorough, well-organized and easily digestible project briefs and meeting recaps
  • Implement email marketing campaigns (journey mapping, cadence, database management, platform proficiency)
  • Use Google Analytics to analyze website visitor behavior (Google suite certification a plus!) and track website-related KPIs
  • Knowledge of on-site SEO and supporting software, Meta Business suite and Google Adwords
  • Provide reporting as needed for client campaigns (experience using agency analytics is a plus!)
  • Provide support for client presentation materials, including PPT and Google Slides
  • Attend client meetings and participate in presenting client campaign strategies, results and other updates
  • Must possess working knowledge and understanding of SEO (organic) and SEM (paid) channels & strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
  • 5 years of experience in a B2B or B2C marketing role
  • CMS (WordPress) and CRM (SalesForce – particularly Pardot, Insightly, Zoho) experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate good judgment and uncompromising integrity; comfortable navigating ambiguous and changing situations
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a start-up mentality and extreme client focus
  • Presentation skills
  • Understanding of marketing strategy fundamentals

Freelance Designer

Freelance Designer

The position is a fully remote/work-from-home South Florida-based company

 

Wild Coffee Marketing is seeking an experienced dynamic and creative designer to join our team as a freelance visual designer. Our ideal candidate would have 5+ years of visual (digital/web/graphic) design experience, preferably at an agency or consulting firm working on multiple simultaneous projects. We are anticipating the need for 15-20 hours of freelance work per week once fully ramped up with our team. Wild Coffee offers an exciting, fast-paced environment working across multiple vibrant brands and clients. We are a deadline-driven but highly collaborative team with strong leadership provided by an experienced creative director and a team of marketing consultants. Must be able to work quickly, pay attention to detail and deliver quality well-conceived work. We’re a team of thinkers, designers, marketers, writers, doers, developers and dreamers. Experience/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital/print design experience (mixture of digital ads, social media graphics, e-guides, email banners and templates, swag items, print/digital assets, user interfaces, landing/web pages and other brand materials)
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design, branding/marketing and brand building
  • Strong knowledge of digital best practices/guidelines
  • Strong understanding of current design tools. Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Experience Design (XD)
  • Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro/Premier Rush is a bonus
  • Excellent understanding of digital vs print design and how they differ in output execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with motion graphics beyond micro animations is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of typography, color and layout
